I don’t think Hyungnim got broken yet, we have to see next chapter, remember that chapter where we thought he told the king he loved him just for it to be a dream lol

You can see he is still retaining his true self in the last chapter imo, as another comment said he just needed to “release” himself because I mean the king edged him for who knows how long
