
I make myself sick + a huge headache then, I study because now I know my body isn't much better than my mental health and grades!
On a serious note, I play with the newborn puppies or our dog or sleep. However, sleep doesn't help much- and stories aren't helping much nowadays so, I just think about my future and cry about it but my mom once said, "Think positive, positive things will happen to you! Let things happen, we will think about it in the future" I remember that then, I remember she also said, If I failed a class then I'm a goner- Ugh, sorry but going on a walk surely helps and drawing stuff. I hope it helped a bit!

Go on a walk. Academic stress is a bitch and I personally have not found a way to get rid of it completely, but I do find that when I space things out and assign them to a certain day and try to finish them on those days, I'm able to relieve the stress a little. Because at least I know my days are planned out and I'm not scrambling last minute to finish everything.
