Let me preface this with saying I like this. The art is great the FL is strong, pretty, and smart. And I really dig the ML's long hair. They work great together and their personalities mesh well. Overall enjoyable and funny if you don't think to much about anything.
And when I say that I mean my criticisms. First of all the side characters need some work, everyone whose not the princess are basically interchangeable with each other her ladies in waiting are random and don't have a personality, the fan girls are all the same (which may be on purpose but still it transformed Villainess #3 into meaning absolutely nothing since she's just a fan girl. Another issue for me is romance kinda slows down in the later chapters it's like after it's establish they like each other but haven't confessed yet there's no progress because she's busy with other things. Like how many businesses does she need. Dress shop, lingerie brand, ship investments, a freaking amusement park. It's fine but I'd be more interested in other things like the temple on that plot of land she got for the amusement park. Or more about the guy the original Shaye knew it's like he's disappeared. It's seems to me like the author thought he wasn't interesting enough so they just threw in Aragon instead. I also wanna know more about her art magic like is she gonna die if she keeps using it idk but I feel like she's gotten worse somehow. These are all big things but it all seems to be forgotten in the face of making her do business and walk all over people.
Another criticism I have is the yuri baiting. The yuri baiting in this is insane like 'Beware of the Villainess' levels. It's feels like the princess was made specifically for that purpose. Speaking of the princess she's hot for sure but I'm not gonna just forget how she made the ML's life a living hell because she wanted to add him to some sick collection. And apparently she's his cousin too!!! Are we supposed to pretend she's a good person because she kills rapists. When she herself sexually harassed the ML! She replaced workers in his mansion till he eventually just had to get rid of all of them, apparently is cool with the leader of his fan club, and had all the press stalk him into oblivion and make up rumors about him inciting other crazies to throw themselves at him like he's free real estate. She's EVIL and I'm not going to forget that just because she wears pants!
Let's end this with, again despite my issues with it I did have an enjoyable time reading and I expect the plot to pick up now that the OG FL has arrived.
