Author has insomnia, reporter takes a picture of him and a girl and tries to publish it but author has connections with the company reporter works for so he blackmails him to "sleep with him" at first it's just laying next to him. But they fall for each other. his insomnia is caused by him being with his mom's dead body for three days after she died when he was a child. authors Dad tried to poison them both but author lived. Now Dad is im guessing trying to keep the secret by threatening reporters life..even going as far as having him almost run over.
