I want to know what the dog had in its mouth. Was it blood or just ketchup?

You know dog can’t have ketchup right? It could give dogs digestive upset like vomiting, diarrhea, bloating, and gas.. I would say it is blood… maybe animal blood? I hope it is not human blood

i know that but i was hoping it was something different than i think, but what do i expect from this manga
