From what I seen from others. Uke has an amnesia and does'nt remember Seme and Seme out for revenge cuz Uke raped him and passed him to other guys and he's gonna do the same to him and the ending is that Uke's gonna beg Seme to take him back and he did

He was struck in the head during a fight and developed amnesia, but that’s not explained very well in the main story. As for whether or not he has feelings for Jiwook, they exactly love each other, but by the end have traumatized each other to the point where they can’t be apart anymore. The relationship is still toxic and abusive imo but they manage to live “peacefully” without anybody getting raped. #goals /j
