He has a mission, and it hasn't been revealed what the actual mission is. However, if the key was for Chunna to die, then the NIS probably wanted the CEO's plans to mess up. Therefore, he could accomplish his mission and retire. But, he could never have imagined his last target being working there and successfully saving Chunna.
I'm confused (/TДT)/ why is wooshin in blast in the beginning? Was he an undercover then and was it his mission or something to get rid of chunna? And this time with the camp, do they know he's an NIS agent now or still being undercover?
