It is called 'Kamar band' in hindi you can call it waist band it's indian jewellery that women (mostly) wear around the waist ,at old times men also used to wear it but nowdays some of the bride's use it as a jewellery or it also look well with a saree .

It is a jewellery from old times.it now used in some indian dance form like bharatnattam or katthak.
