Honestly the mom isn't entirely blameless either. She literally could have just told him she was cursed and they could have worked together to fix it or she would still die and he wouldn't hate his daughter(who he thinks isn't his because the mom told him she didn't love him and that's the only way dragons can get pregnant.) Moms at fault too for being stupid. Break his heart by dying? Nahhhhhhh

I read upto ch. 23 and the dad just gets worse. At this point I kinda wanna snap his spine in two to get him back into his senses because how tf is someone who is meant to be emotionless so fucking emotional all the time??? Author doesn’t know what “sealing off your emotions” mean
