I 100% completely agree with you .i was about to write the same things but then i saw your comment . I see plenty of love between them he chose what was best for the uke ,he himself is trying to be stronger for the uke .they have a beautiful relationship where they understand eachother's situation and uke is so precious, ah he will be stronger when the time comes and seme keep on protecting and caring for him he need love keep on giving him that like you are doing. Exactly! And it's not like their breaking up. He simply realizes that at this time, the uke can't get away from his family and so they will keep seeking him out and dragging him back. But if the uke plays along, he may be given more freedom and then when he is of legal age, he can walk away of his own volition. Yes, it will be hard on the uke, but the ultimate pay off will be worth it. And this way, they may get to see each other and the uke will no longer be kept under constant house arrest. Though he may be under it initially for a while. But it will get better!
Oh, and I forgot, the fact that the seme decided on college looks like it is so he can be with the uke and they can stand up against the world together. He is asking his caretaker for something he thinks is extremely selfish, and he has never wanted to do that before. All for the uke. That is some love there!

I agree. I love it how Yamato is trying hard to be the practical one out of the two of them, so that they can find a way to prepare for a real lasting future together and not just for a brief affair. He's growing up and maturing in order to better protect the person he likes and that is so very sexy to watch... But I do hope he still has instances where he has to struggle with some insecurities here ahd there, otherwise it won't be as much fun.
i think the seme's reaction was pretty realistic. i mean his reaction was that the uke should go back and act how his parents want TEMPORARILY until he can leave which i think is the best option compared to the cliched shit that they elope and somehow miraculously get a good job and live a happy life/or they end up in poverty but happy. i think his solution is very mature and that you can see how much he loves his uke i mean he did say that he planned on working right after grad but he said he wants to continue to college and be responsible and shit.
