yeah it's not really that he didn't want people to come over ... he did, but he didn't grow up with a lot of social interaction and is clearly really secluded throughout the entire story so he's gonna be nervous. ofc he could've said something but there's the entire thing with him having to be strong and bear through anything that could be difficult without help. it's not like that just goes away lmfao it's difficult for him and that created issues but it's not like he's doing it purposefully so to push the blame on him and claim that he's just being an issue is also odd
