Looking for a YAOI MANGA

I read it in 2019, it was about a group of friends in their senior year who were in a club, the president was the top (black hair) and the vice president was the bottom (blonde hair). I only remember there was a scene that the guys wore dresses made out of toilet paper and the friends shoot them with water guns. At the end the top confesses in front of everyone and they are crowned at the formal. PLS IT WAS MY FIRST YAOI I MISS IT
