You might wanna check out the Bara genre since it is focused on male audience. I think you can find a lot of male among Bara manga writers :)

Unfortunately Harada is a woman...I read on ig of one of the yaois' stuff..they met her at a meet up somewhere.. And confirm it as Harada sensei is a female..
