No women is pulling another mans pants out and putting him on blast for having a smaller pp. Like you said, manga has got some realistic dick sizes, and so do many other medias, people go for manhwa because they are a quick and easy read. They know what to expect. But in case of a women's breast in a fictional piece, you will hardly see one where the attention is not on boobs, waist, tits, be it r18 or not. Dicks aren't placed in our line of sight, boobs are. It's not the first thing that comes to mind when we see a guy. It's his face and overall body structure that first comes into the view. To me, the 24/7 the clear skin, sharp jawline, model face, perfect hair, teeth, no bald spot, no fat, lean but muscular, blue/green eyes, tall, etc are the things that fit into the toxic beauty standard's checklist. Growing up women aren't t taught to focus on getting a guy with a bigger dick, but the opposite case, where men are unknowingly or knowing made to realize that this is how reproductive parts are supposed to look like. It's literally in every media targetted at boys. We— women, know what is and what is not real.
