Everybody has the same hair color so let me just summarize lol. We have our mc, blonde ml, black hair ml, and nice ml. Mc liked blond ml. Blond ml and black hair ml both like Mc but blond ml blackmails black hair ml into dating each other so no one can date mc. Mc finds nice ml at work and they start to like each other but mc still likes blond ml. After finding out about nice ml, black hair ml stops pretending to date/like blond ml to pursue mc. Then blond ml also pursues mc. Mc chooses nice ml while blond ml and black hair ml are bitter. So only one couple which is mc and coworker nice guy. Blond ml and black hair ml dont get together bc they never liked each other to begin with.
