Awww i think that there's definitely a misunderstanding that happened between him and his brother Yuuki. The brother actually seems to care about Karasuma & probably isn't annoyed by him but just frustrated that he couldn't understand his brother due to his lack of expressions. Hopefully they can mend things and clear up the misunderstandings.
