Basically,
his brother raped the MC in the past life, so ML got so mad him and the brother, he also raped the MC after he got raped by ML’s brother. ML started treating him a whore/toy but deep down he realized that he loves the MC. If you read the other omegaverse called Cozy Obsession, it has the same concept, minus revenge type but ML does trap MC in a room so no one can see him and basically becoming obsessed. MC finds out he’s pregnant but doesn’t know who’s the father. MC started becoming depressed and wants to kill himself because everyone abandoned him.
