I remember long time ago i read this kind of manga in some famous website that. It has this kink that make me traumatized for a lifetime and i'm still unable to forget how traumatizing it is.
The manga is about a woman that has been capture and bewitched to raped and has to endure all kind of painful torture. The worst part is they using enourmous dick size to rape the woman until it gets pregnant and they keep doing it. They keep repeating the raped until one of the babies inside of her stomach is crushed and bled to death.
It was out of curiousity.
It manage to kill me that day. Pulling me down to depression 6 month long and haven't nor do anything with reading. It was devastating.
