From where this manhwa is going it seems like he is completely straight. A lot of straight men do like “pegging” because of a sensitive spot inside called a prostate that can make a male “finish” from it. Male and female anatomy can be explored in many different ways and some straight men just happen to like this while still being only sexually attractive to women.
