Honestly more manhwas like this should have the MC slip up from time to time.
I always find it terribly unbelievable for the MC to remember their entire past life (or book) to the T, so they know exactly if they had or had not met an animal at this point in their life already. I can't even remember what I ate yesterday.
A slip up is a great tool to move the plot along, especially when it comes to involving other characters who might find out the truth this way.
If I were in the MC's shoes in these kinds of stories I'd be slipping up left and right, because there's no way you could keep track of at least 2 similar lifetimes besides other worries that well
