Sort of. He regrets breaking up with her only because he lost the right to the throne. He had told the Saint that if his father (the king) tells her to travel with Prince Freddie and marry him to refuse by saying that she wants to marry Prince Jake instead. The Saint ignores Prince Freddie and tells the king she agrees to marry Prince Freddie and travel with him. Prince Freddie is furious because he doesn't want to travel, he wants to be king. He thinks that he can get his life back to before by getting engaged to Daisy again but because of the King's order he would have to have Daisy publicly announce her love and desire to marry him. Prince Freddie thinks that Daisy is head over heels for him that this will work out perfectly. He confronts her at school saying things like poor Daisy getting orderd by the King to marry someone she doesn't love even though she loves him. Daisy quickly shuts him down with throwing back the speech he gave her in the student council room word for word telling him it's too late, she is no longer in love with him and she does love her fiance. It ends with Daisy and her fiance looking forward to thier wedding after graduation. Unlike Daisy's father who truly regrets everything, Prince Freddie only regrets it because he isn't going to be king
The novel has 23 chapters so this won't be a long manga but it's good. I will spoil the ending for anyone who wants it.

After Daisy goes home she voices her concern about being a concubine to her father. Her father tells her she should be honored and do her duty when the time comes. She falls into a coma the next day for two months. Her friends from the student council visit are the only ones who visit her. Her father should up the first day telling her to wake up so she could be a concubine and then never visits her again. Her ex-fiancee shows up with the Saint only because the Saint was ordered to use her power to cure Daisy. The Saint fails and her reputation gets worse. When Daisy wakes up she reveals that she heard everything while in her coma. It turns out the thing Prince Jake gave her was a bottle of poison that would put her in a coma were she would be paralyzed but could hear everything for exactly two months. He said only the royal family knew about this poison so they would know Daisy was refusing to be Prince Freddie's concubine by taking it. Prince Freddie isn't very smart and doesn't pay attention to his Prince lessons so he never caught on even when the rest of his family did. In fact his family got colder to him as the months went on as he expressed his interest into making Daisy his concubine only for forcing her to all the work but never loving her. (He said this to the Saint in front of his mother!!) When Daisy woke up she had no love for Prince Freddie or her father. When her father fist saw her after she woke up (4 days later) his first words were her being Prince Freddie's concubine. She just said no I'm doing that, I'm not your tool, and I have no affection for you. (Go girl) She falls for Duke's son and the king gives a royal command for them to be engaged so she will be protected from Prince Freddie. Prince Jake is announced he will become king and is engaged to Daisy's fiancé's little sister. Prince Freddie and the Saint are to be married and then go around the kingdom healing people infected with the same disease the prince had. (Daisy's fiance is the Saints first love and he never paydd any attention to her) Also the Saint does have power but she has to pray but it's weird like she has to be desperate to save someone in order for her power to work. (Her father was sick and her powers awoken when she was praying desperately to save her father. The prince was the 2nd person she used her powers on). Also Daisy's father was doing everything because his late wife made him promise her to make Daisy the happiest person in the kingdom. He thought being a royal was the happiest thing. He does regret his choices after Daisy gets engaged to her new fiance. If you have questions let me know
