Thankyou for this. People really need to understand that running away is not that easy especially if you have NOTHING to yourself, and poor guy doesn't even have clothes where will he go ??

To the people saying he could leave anytime, I don't think it's that simple actually.
I think he has nowhere to go, his grandma told him not to bother coming back. Even though his situation is traumatic and shitty, it is still better physiologically. Having a roof over your head and food to eat is more than enough for some people to stay
