YEAH I know it stems from the thought that the swelling and pain is due to the milk so draining (pumping/milking) it would help but it doesn't work like that!!! I heard cabbage leaves helps with drying up milk supply but upon further research it's not quite true but just the thought of Yidam putting cabbage leaves in a newly bought bra is entertaining enough
ALSO, I think this would be a great segment into breast cancer awareness. If you notice any weird lumps, dimples, nipple discharge, pain, nipple and/or breast shape change, etc it could be a sign of breast cancer. It's rare in men but totally possible.

Oh wait—the doctor advised Yidam to stop taking the contraceptive pills and to take the new prescription meds instead. And we know condoms are not 100% effective or sometimes Sunwoo doesn't wear them. Now that birth control pills is out of the equation, I wonder where this story will take us...
Lastly, yeah irl it's possible to lactate without being pregnant, a condition known as galactorrhea. As for its treatment, it says meds like cabergoline (dostinex) or bromocriptine (parlodel) can help lower prolactin levels and reduce or stop nip discharge. It's also advised here to avoid breast stimulation - minimize touching the breasts, to reduce the risk of further stimulation BUT YIDAM'S DOCTOR EVEN SUGGESTED THAT THE HUSBAND (SUNWOO) COULD HELP IN PUMPING—
