No they may be correct, it never says it directly but Leo is being held by the mother that just gave birth in the first chapter. That implies they were born on the same day. It's possible that they worked Leo so hard that he was able to enter school early.
Literally ALL the information we have right now is that 1) Leo and Kyle have the same parents and 2) Leo is a year ahead. Both brothers have NEVER been shown in the same panel together as children. Kyle's magic type reading was done in chapter 1 and we don't see Leo there. Leo's magic type reading was done in chapter 42 and we don't see Kyle there.
Leo is there, he's the baby with black hair. Kyle has blonde hair.

Before are so many comment saying kely is born as 2nd son different mother yet now is the truth that he is twin and he was born after the 1st baby. The first baby is his big brother who has lightening and dark that arrogan boy and kely born 2nd after him having all attribute and pool of mana. Since his dark attribute are weak they never notice it.and kely attribute and mana pool are strong it mix become dark and they think kely is cursed dark baby and throw him away to some one that now kely parent.
