Dude hit rock bottom then got raped by a kid and was hanging by a thread to the hope of getting his money back and resuming a normal life yet this shit happened.
Maybe the person meant he "looked creepy but isn't actually creepy behaviour-wise" but even so, using that as a tag suggests that this was the final impression they got after reading this which is puzzling to me
