Help me find this bl manga please!!

So from what I remember it’s a manga and like they are classmates (?) and then one of them gets infected the one infected said to the other that they should kill him (the infected one) and the other was about to but stopped and continued to hold him and I think the ending was like they both got turned into a zombie and people (militaries I think) saw them and mistook them as humans because they didn’t really look like zombies and were holding hands as they walk. Please help! Huhuhu
