It's very interesting that he wants Leon to be prison so bad. Maybe Leon killed someone he knows but that can't be right or he's one of the many hookups he had maybe. This is a very interesting story. It's like were trying to solve the case before they do lol. He not just all jazzzzz.
Welp, that confirms that the inspector is messing with shit. Now for the why. Maybe he’s trying to get rid of the MC because he’s way better at the job than he is. Or maybe he has a quota to fill of criminals and it’s just easier to frame than and catch them than look for the real ones himself? Maybe it’s something personal against Leon
