oof i feel you haha but it's not Jiwoo and Arthur for me. actually i never even thought about this ship before looking at Eleceed's ships on AO3 i was a bit surprised to see them exist but dang when it makes sense. Jiwoo and Sucheon are literally that enemies to lovers trope lmfao and you're right ships disregards canon. i don't fully ship them but i like the idea also you meant Songha Park and Inhyuk Goo, right? YEAH THEY TOTALLY MATCH
I actually used to ship Jiwoo with tht girl from the Korean academy tht had half black and half white hair (forgot her name) so I can't say I'm not disappointed when he ended up with jiyoung cuz I saw them more as siblings..
Ok I'm gonna say this, I'm a shipper at heart. Any interactions between two characters with a lick of chemistry, I ship. But w Eleceed, there's only ever been a couple of characters I shipped 2gether, Kayden and Kartian and... I forgot them two names but Miss Koreao No 1 right hand man, and the other institude's right hand that always interacr 2gether, love those two. Beyond them, I really don't have a fav otp in this one, just found family feels good vibes.
But like Jiwoo and Arthur??? Dude that's such a great chemistry they have in screen man holy shit, I don't think I've ever shipped Jiwoo this hard with anyone else b4??? Maybe it's cus Arthur has been so courteous and polite in every interactions with him, even during their first meeting and that's such a rare thing. And maybe it's because it's so clear that Arthur has his struggles but he looked beyond his issues and sees Jiwoo and how he's grown. I just love their interactions so much.
(I'm aware that Jiwoo has a thing w Miss Korea No 1 but unfortunately I do not feel any chemistry, and bsides, shipping's for fun and typically disregards canon anyway so, pls don't come for me)
