i also think calling the one who gives birth "mom" is weird. i'd rather it just be based on gender (dad&dad/mom&mom/mom&dad/etc) like any normal relationship irl. but anyway its alpha x alpha so i dont think there'll be too much emphasis on those relationship dynamics, plus i BELIEVE its sfw (at least i hope so bc theyre in high school unless we time skip). still, the same system is in place since its same universe, so if you don't want to deal with it then don't get into it
