He wants to find out if she’s on Kiseoks side and whether or not she had sold his mother back to the Kwon’s causing her death.
Gyubaek instantly knows he’s an ‘imposter’ and is scared of him. Lee Yeon comes home and is happy to see him awake but immediately tells something is off. This is where the blowjob happens.
Throughout the story, Chaewoo finds it difficult to act as her husband the more he stays. Lee Yeon sees the behavior change and is aware that he’s getting his memories back but keeps it to herself because she’s fine just acting as long as she has Chaewoo w her. Even if he makes her uncomfy.

When Lee Yeon is employed by Kiseok and sent to the Kwon main house to work for a month (Gyubaek was accidentally kidnapped and is working to get him back as negotiated w Kiseok) she meets Chaewoo again and she is constantly rejecting him. The more he’s rejected the more desperate he becomes lol.
