As of right now its more “shonen ai” considering the only sexual (or romantic) thing is the mc masturbating to a memory in the first chapter. Think the manga is going to be more focused on like messed-up people and them working though it kind of “supernaturally”.

So to answer your question I don't think it is explicitly bl or “baity”. Just focused on other things like horror and psychological :)
