He is not. It is 185 not 165. The mistake is on the scanlation team.
They messed it up. In the novel he is ~180 (5'11" or 6'0"). He probably even gained an inch or two, since the author made Dane bigger in Grayson's novel than in KMIYC.
That tracks because even Yeon Woo is noted as around 5'8 while Josh did say he was a Quarterback before manifesting as an Omega.
