She believes her delusions of grandeur, to covet something so deeply like this is scary. I can understand being jealous or wishing for it but to murder is a lot. She could have had a rags to riches moment but she's psychotic.
I think she has a mental illness, especially attention deficit disorder that always wants the spotlight.
