I think they were sleeping pills, and because ig she had some mana in her previous life she wanted to start over in a new one. I forgot exactly why but Lucas said she had control over time or something like that and that’s how she was able to get there. Hope this helps!

In the first chapter it is said that the she "took some pills"
Did she committed suicid.e in her first life or was very sick? Or we dont know?
