Overall a good ending. It was a happy ending, but not without its prices and honestly I’m glad. Too much crazy stuff happened that a clean cut good ending wouldn’t have made sense.

I’m glad Tia ended up honest about her feelings because that was the biggest growth for her.

I kind of like their romance. Yeah it was not featured much, but the story was a politics one. Not to mention , they have much bigger priorities and things to worry about. I think it’s unrealistic if it was just fuzzy warm all the time

Tia carried a lot of guilt. She didn’t believe she deserved happiness. Cedric was so in love with her that it literally hurt him. Makes sense if you’re in love with someone who is essentially ill (depression, more or less self harming etc).

It was realistically difficult and yet he still hung in there with his love and finally they are together properly. It was quite the true love tbh. Through thick and thin. Illness and health. Good times and bad times.
