    SPOILER

    ----
This scene IMO is the coolest scene where Jaegyeom showing off his skills, he wiped the entire researchers team and even Taehee received a heavy blow. But of course, 6 vs 1 despite Jaegyeom came out as the winner, he still suffered a lot too. In the end, Taehee betrayed the researchers group and sided with Jaegyeom, which was why the reason Jaegyeom did not "kill" Taehee, so he purposefully "missed" the arrow to hit Taehee when he was unconscious.

In my opinion, Taehee didn't expect Jaegyeom to have such immense power during this scene, even though he knew Jaegyeom is somewhat special when they first met in the library and that later on, they admitted that they were both kind of attracted with each other early on.

Taehee in this scene, does not show his full capability, mostly he would just deflect Jaegyeom's power and quietly observing Jaegyeom beating up the researchers. He did "threaten" Jaegyeom if he won't come on his side (become excorsist) while the researchers still conscious. But once they're unconscious, he helped Jaegyeom erasing the researchers memories and did not fight Jaegyeom even when he was hit by Jaegyeom's arrows. Which was why Jaegyeom purposefully "missed" his last arrow when Taehee's unconscious (as he received heavy blows from breaking Naryecheong's contract of hurting other exorcists AND Jaegyeom's arrows). Because Taehee said something like, he erased the other exorcists memories because he wanted to convince Jaegyeom that he is on his side before he went unconscious so he won't fight him. But if Jaegyeom still wanted him to die, well it's worth trying.

I've only ever read until CH98 so far and even then after Jaegyeom became trainee excorcist, Taehee only showed "teaser" of what length he can do. And Jaegyeom's too smitten by him to ever care about Taehee's power

After the mini war, Taehee took no time "courting" Jaegyeom.

He would use all kind of excuses to get close to him and get him on his side, both to achieve their personal missions and eventually (fingers crossed) to be lovers
