just to be clear, i don't mind that there's romance here. i have a problem with it being - right now - when they have a comrade and friend missing and possibly dead or injured and almost a whole chapter is about their developing feelings for eachother. bad timing.
it would be fine if they had this chapter AFTER they find Doug. whether he's alive or dead.
