It doesn't seem like it, but I hope the author will do something about the fact that mc still has a family and a friend in the real world
Given what the story has foreshadowed, this is actually the real world and the world where MC has a family seems like a dream world where his soul / mind retreated to after all that trauma from the first life.
He has decided he loves the ML too much to leave. What rotten said is interesting, and it seems to match.
The main personality is also trying to come back, through dreams and by sleepwalking.
I dropped this one early, can someone tell me if the mc is going back to his original world?
