Yup, english slang like Rain Natsume said. Like, if you look at the word itself "cockblock," that would mean "to block someone's cock" AKA get in the way ;)
Cockblock means preventing someone from getting sex or any sexual activity
I feel embarrassed for asking such an unserious question but here we go: What the hell with this word 'cockblock' y'all writing down in the comments.
