No, it was the one who was usually in third place. The rankings back then was soyi -> siwoo -> the third placer, but now it was soyi and the previous third placer for the first because siwoo became 8th, that's why it was mentioned that the previously third placer was crying out of joy (i cant remember the name of the third placer HAHAHAHA)
