I think he’s able to cus he’s part fairy, or he could’ve just carved another route for the water to flow through
I understand him being part fairy or magical or whatever it is, I’m just trying to understand how that happens. I’m just imagining either the new carved water path like you are or him just lifting a massive blob of water elsewhere or teleporting it into the ocean. Like I’m genuinely curious about what actually happened lol

And honestly he’s working too hard at this. She’s already feelings things for him so she’ll obviously come around if he goes slow and steady, makes her jealous, etc. Anyway, I guess he wouldn’t be considered a villain if he didn’t push things that far.
