What I do remember is that on the first night he gave it to her he stayed by her side until she fell asleep and she was looking at him smile and was internally monologuing about how she knows it's fake and he is evil.

I know this isn't the manga but does anyone know the manga where the villain/love interest has the isekai'd MC stay over his manor for the night and he gives her an enchanted music box that he enchanted?
It controls her ability to sleep and he uses it to punish her for trying to escape where he leaves her for days without sleep and she tricks a maid into switching the curse to herself and escapes. This whole part only lasted like 5-10 chapters as because that's all I remember it drives me crazy.
