Honey, I understand what you mean, but this is not the right choice. He does need to understand that he will be ok without granny, but BY HIMSELF. JK does not treat him well and still does not care for him enough. He needs professional help to understand that he will be ok even if he doesn't have granny, nd specially, that he doesn't need to lower himself and stay with a man that don't give 2 shits about him, just so he doesn't feel lonely. Going back with JK will not make him any good UNLESS k actually changes, and that will take time cause the man is still a scumbag.

But he needs to change first. You can't stay with someone hoping they will get better or because you "think" they will change. This is why so many people stay in toxic relationships. Because they are waiting for the day their partner will change. We know JK will change because this is a story, but regardless, the way he is now he DOES NOT deserve Dan. He needs to change first, and then they get together.
I was waiting for a chapter where Baby Dan heals himself away from that bastard Jaekhyung. But all I'm getting is my baby Dan getting alcohol dependent, getting more depressed. I don't really want Jaekhyung to be the night and shining armor on this one, since it was him that drove Baby Dan to this point.
