The ml is the Father, the only timeline where the fl can live is where he (the father) have kids with other women. The fl is from an earlier timeline, the "father" met her earlier but she always disappears/dies from the timelines where they fell in love so the ml time travels of some sort and yeah it's fucked up and the purpled hair priest is dead so i'll drop this shit.

What throws me off is the author thinking it’s a great idea to have the ml father multiple kids with other women so the fmc can survive and his family still torments her. (I’m not adding the incest because that’s obvious and surprisingly common in other stories. This part is not)
I hope the divorce will be successful then kanna can leave these mfs and have her own hospital.
