This happened when little mushroom only had a few chapters, like newly released.
Basically the artist got a lot of hate for the art style and she even apologized for it.
The Chinese people complained that “it’s not good enough” or something along the lines of that.
The author apologized to the public and said that she'll hire another artist for season 2, thankfully due to fan support they dropped that plan.
