so this is just cyclic abuse, right? i cannot be the only one that sees it that way. the way these two got together was pretty much because Won was abused by family and his tutor. and then gets involved the emotionally distant brother of the kid that showed him kindness. enters a fuck buddies relationship with said dude that turns out to be obsessive and is ultimately manipulated by him [Won] to continue seeing Jinha. ends up being abused for 5 years by Jinseo. then meets Jinha again post Jinseo’s death. and so on and so forth. season 2 was just so… anticlimactic in the sense that they didn’t really talk about anything. this was just like 30~ chapters of backstory and the rest is back to keeping Won and Jinha isolated from the rest of the world without a healthy outlet to jump the hurtles of their relationship. Won ends up being an abuser in a sense as well in my opinion. Jinha being both the abused and abuser in the end too was just disappointing.
