He didn't cut his fingers,it was his wrist
they were about to cut off his fingers but this mf got horny so he confined and him instead. nobody's gonna lost their fingers but ajin did try to off himself in the later chapters by his wrist.
I’m dropping this ,ahjin gets his fingers cut off I just can’t bear it,he deserves better
