the way that older man was stuttering and trembling at Guwon and how Guwon was getting irritated that Jinwoo wanted to carry the boxes himself was rubbing me the wrong way. Either he is faking or he really is this carefree and affectionate but he's hiding something. （￣へ￣）
that also makes sense!! tbh i didn’t think about this because a character being homophobic when the world is ending is so annoying focus on survival not two boys kissing LOL
i don’t necessarily think all his actions or kindness is an act!! the box holding felt genuine but the moments when ml triggers mc’s overly sympathetic instincts is interesting to see (with the crying and asking for affection)
i agree with the second half, ALSO watching the old man react to “equal treatment” resentfully when mc was given a handicap is off putting too!
regardless of how he looks, i would still think the same way. he knows what he’s doing when he puts on the puppy role, and pretends to be easy going. meanwhile all of the adult citizens avoid him, and even shake from his intimidation. i like this about him tbh!! i don’t expect him to be some evil incarnate but he’s definitely using bambi tactics to get mc to love him and become vulnerable
