SPOILERS FOR THE PSYCHO CHICK'S FATE:
Wooyeon didn't kill her, the only thing he did was sue her for "invasion of privacy and intimidation and even appointed a large law firm to claim compensation for mental damage. This should never happen again, he announced that he would not agree to any leniency." (Volume 2, chapter 22).
Kind of weird he didn't do anything too drastic, considering the fact that this incident literally gave him trauma and insomnia, but erm okay I guess...
