I think he genuinely doesn’t know hot to act human, but that kiss on the cheek to that guy didnt only seem super natural, but seemed like smth he has done many times… he doesnt know boundaries, most probably. I hope your theory is correct, though there are so many hints that we can’t help projecting! :D

You guys are using too much brain cells to give the most outlandish “theories” or “opinions”!
He certainly doesn’t know much about the real world and whoever doesn’t contribute will get kicked out of course, that’s how they could keep the city and their community running while the outside world is on fire !

Yep he just doesnt know how to act right he is genuine with the kids, and the kids are comfy with him, that says alot...i think the ml being a teacher(newly grad) was one of the reason he didnt let his initial fear for him last...GOOD teachers can bring out and see the best in someone....i maybe wrong...ive been trying to let this marinate but eerytime i see it updated i run to read
Unpopular opinion here what if hes not AS crazy i mean he is hiding shi, an like ml said he was afraid of him because he saw him in action, now im wondering what happens to those who fall short who cant contribute, also that kiss was so weird i think he is trying to put up a front for ml, he just doesnt know how to act right
